We make our Tangy Chickpeas irresistible in the way they are made.

Our chickpeas are crisped using a special technique -Vacuum frying. This method uses 50% less oil, lower heat, and pressure to deliver more flavor and crunch. Vacuum frying is a much healthier method than traditional deep frying as the texture, color and most of the nutrients are retained and oil uptake is much lower. The excess oil is removed from the chickpeas using a centrifugation process before they are sealed. 

Chickpeas are a part of the legume family. They come with a low-calorie density and have an impressive nutrient profile. Their nutty taste and grainy texture pairs well with the tandoori tikka spice blend.
